Powerful Hcl based descaling acid with surfactants and Inhibitors. Scalex 99 when used for rust & mill scale removal the mild steel can be immersed in a solution of Scalex 99 to remove rust & scale. Diluted with 2 parts water and used in a plastic acid resistant tank, immersion time of 10-30 minutes should effectively remove the scale. Scalex 99 additionally contains non-ionic surfactants to assist with the wetting of the surfaces.
